My Story

Like many of the leaders I work with today, my path has not been a straight line.

It has been filled with growth, ambition, reinvention, hard-earned lessons, and moments that required me to trust myself long before I had all the answers.

I began my career at a young age, supporting myself through university as a department store promotional model and skincare representative for Estée Lauder. After graduating from the University of Dayton at age twenty, I entered the corporate world with a strong work ethic, a curious mind, and a desire to create a meaningful life.

Over the next three decades, I built a global career spanning Fortune 500 organizations, Big 4 consultancies, and high-growth ventures. I had the privilege of leading teams, driving business development across multiple continents, writing executive speeches, managing large sales and marketing organizations, and contributing to the growth of multimillion-dollar practices.

From the outside, it looked like success. And in many ways, it was. Yet beneath the titles, promotions, revenue targets, and frequent flyer miles, I was learning lessons no leadership program could teach.

I learned what it feels like to achieve goals that no longer feel aligned, to prioritize everyone else's expectations ahead of my own, and to discover that success without alignment often comes at a cost.

Through seasons of accomplishment and challenge including divorce, career transitions, health struggles, and uncertainty. I came to a simple realization: I had built a life that looked successful, but no longer felt fully my own.

The turning point came when I stopped asking what was expected of me and started asking what was true for me. One decision at a time, I began creating a life and career more aligned with my faith, values, intuition, and purpose.

What emerged was a deeper understanding of leadership not as position or title, but as clarity, self-trust, and the courage to make intentional decisions even when the outcome is uncertain.

Why I Do This Work

Today, I bring both my professional experience and personal journey into every client conversation because I understand what it feels like to navigate complex decisions, carry significant responsibility, question what's next, and stand at the edge of meaningful change.

I also know the value of having a trusted thought partner during those moments.

My work is not about helping people become someone different. It is about helping them reconnect with their strengths, gain clarity amidst complexity, and move forward with greater confidence, intention, and alignment.

I believe success should feel expansive, not exhausting. That leadership can be both ambitious and grounded. And that meaningful growth is not measured solely by achievement, but by the ability to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.

Guided by faith, grounded in experience, and colored with grace, I help leaders create success that feels aligned not only with their ambitions, but with their values, relationships, and the life they want to live.
